This can be for either older properties or for new build properties. It could also be considered for garage conversions or home extensions and porches ie; where bricks do not match exactly or where the property requires extra protection from the elements. The picture below bottom-middle shows a property which was flat rendered to give a smooth, untextured finish. |

Repair
In the photos shown below left and right a repair was carried out to stop water leaking. The old plaster was removed and then re-rendered as a corrective patch ready for painting.
