Started working in the construction industry in 1988 and has covered most aspects of property development.  In addition to plumbing and plastering Tim has experience of painting and decorating, tiling, basic carpentry including studwork, and some artexing.  Tim comes from a long line of family plasterers and is committed to keeping his skills up to date with regular training as new tools and techniques are found.

Maxine Welford MICM (Grad) has a background in finance, customer service and project management ands is joint Managing Director with Tim.

We can be found on twitter @floatltd and like to use this to share little bits of information about projects as they happen and to communicate with other people in cambridgeshire, cambridge areas, peterborough, huntingdon, etc but also also nationwide with other trades people and trade merchants. Sometimes we will twitter with photos or videos as we are keen for people to see real examples of work rather than profile information on internet directories. We also tweet our blog articles.
